Typically senior design students do not meet during the regularly scheduled senior design meeting times. Instead, each team meets individually with their advisor at a time that works well for the advisor and team.

We will meet with all senior design teams in S-341 as follows:

• Tuesday, Noon - 12:50pm in S-341 – Kick-off meeting
• Tuesday, 1pm - 1:50pm in S-341 – FogBugz/Kiln training session

• Tuesday, Noon - 1:50pm in S-341 – Team presentations
• Thursday, Noon - 1:50pm in S-341 – Team presentations

• Tuesday, Noon - 1:50pm in S-341 – Team presentations
• Thursday, Noon - 1:50pm in S-341 – Team presentations

• Tuesday, Noon - 1:50pm in S-341 – Pseudo-Student Projects Show

The senior design team must assign a due date to each milestone. Due dates for other items are detailed below.

• Status Reports (due midnight prior to meeting with advisor in all but the first and last week of the quarter)

• Project Proposal (final draft including detailed cycle plan)

• Presentation be ready to go (although you may give your presentation in week 10)

• Cycle I Report (includes detailed plan for Cycle II)
• Peer Evaluation
